WELCOME TO BIG SKY
A TOWN BUILT ON HISTORY
A beautiful place such as Big Sky, Montana, didn't come from the easiest of beginnings. However, I'm sure the collective census will agree that everyone wants to make sure their beloved town stays beautiful. Today, that still rings true and would make good ol' Clovis Deveraux proud to see what it has become since the town created where he served as the first mayor of Big Sky! And no matter where you look, you can see the beauty in the town. From the view of the mountains to every store on Main Street, there's always something to see. If you ask me, someone who was born and raised in Big Sky, I'm always seeing something different even after all these years!
Big Sky was founded in 1893 and has seen its fair share of ups and downs, but mostly the city has done nothing but grow into what it is today: 131 years later. Visitors to Big Sky can enjoy the perks of living in a friendly place with access to a top-notch ski resort for their recreational enjoyment. There are plenty of places to shop and eat as well as an amazing theater! There's truly something to always peak your interest while you visit! Locals have the added bonus of enjoying exceptional schools for their children in Kindergarten through 12th grade! Once they're done with their first 12 years of school, they can move on to the award-winning Big Sky University to further their education while staying close to home!
No matter what it is though, Big Sky has it all that one would need or even possibly want! I know that I don't plan on leaving this beautiful place. As I was born and raised here, I aspire to also make sure my children and their children are also born and raised right here in this beautiful piece of Montana!
This bloody road remains a mystery. This sudden darkness fills the air. What are we waiting for? Won't anybody help us? What are we waiting for? We can't afford to be innocent stand up and face the enemy. It's a do or die situation - we will be invincible. This shattered dream you cannot justify. We're gonna scream until we're satisfied. What are we running for? We've got the right to be angry. What are we running for when there's nowhere we can run to anymore? We can't afford to be innocent stand up and face the enemy. It's a do or die situation - we will be invincible. And with the power of conviction there is no sacrifice. It's a do or die situation - we will be invincible.

I'm normally pretty even-tempered, however, I do have my own breaking points and can get quite angry. I'm not afraid to use my intelligence and strive to help students accomplish great things in their time at school. I don't have any tolerance for stupidity either. I understand having fun and being carefree though. I love my family and would do anything for them as well. When I'm teaching my class, I have a lot of patience, but I don't tolerate students acting up or immature. When I am coaching, however, I can be tough, but that's only because I expect my girls to be the best and know that they can be. I give a lot of tough love, but in the end, the rewards are great!

History
I was born to two parents who were as different as night and day. They grew up together right here in Big Sky, Montana. They started dating back in junior high, so I would still consider them childhood sweethearts, even though they could fight better than just about anyone I have ever known. Talk about oil and water. They loved to fight which made them love one another all the more, and the making up could be heard well into the hours of the night. They loved each other and hated one another. I really didn't understand it. Satori was eight years old before they brought another baby into this world. This time it was twins though and we were named Beauregard and Anira. Which by the way I am Anira.
Growing up in my family was always fun. When dad was home he always had something for us to do. Mom was usually too busy with being a socialite. She was born into money. One of the Carnegies from New York City. So us three kids were usually left with a nanny. She wanted us to be sent to the elite prestigious schools. Though dad, who was an officer in the Wild Wolves MC, said we would be just fine going to normal public school. That was one helluva fight between them over that one, and we didn't see them for the next couple of days. Sure we could hear them, but as kids we just figured they were still fighting, and knew better than to disturb them.
Even at a young age, I was very interested in books. I learned how to read very quickly. I absolutely loved books and when I was at school, I loved to immerse myself in what I was being taught. However, I didn't let that stop me from having fun. I loved making friends, and as I got older, I noticed that I would get looks from boys, but soon after, they would act like they couldn't see me. I didn't know it at the time, but my twin would pretty much scare them off. So I started to realize that it was easier to hang out with girls and I started to understand that I felt attractions towards them as well. No, I don't think my twin forced me into the way I am, but I think it helped open my eyes to understanding attraction.
Of course, most of those girls actually just wanted to get Beau's attention, and I started to get into trouble at school for fighting. Really, it wasn't "fighting". It was more, just knocking a girl out because she was trying to use me to get closer to my twin. If he could prevent boys from following anything up with me, well, I can prevent at least some girls from doing the same to him.
Regardless of that, I graduated near the top of my class. The only reason I wasn't the top of my class was because I had a rebel streak when I was 16 and failed to turn in a few assignments because I ended up skipping class those days and never really bothered to make up the missing work. I didn't care though, I still absolutely loved school and learning and by the time I was even in junior high, I made the choice to become a teacher.
However, I still had my teenage years to get through to even be able to do any of that. I got into Motocross at the same time Beau did, when we were about seven, but I didn't take it as seriously as Beau did until I was a teenager, but Beau and I were amazing in archery, winning quite a few competitions. Of course, those competitions had to be divided into male and female categories, which I always thought was stupid since I knew there were days I was better than Beau and there were days he was better than me. But other than that, I was immersed in school and enjoying my time that I had with my father when he was around.
My life was starting to really fall into place with exactly what I had planned out for after I graduated high school. However, that came to an abrupt halt right after Beau and I turned 16. It was a great birthday, so things looked like they were just going up and up and up. But then, one day, our mother came crying and said that our father had died. All she knew was that he had been shot and killed. I was devastated and only really let Beau in after that. Satori came home long enough for the funeral, but that was about it. That's the year that I started to rebel a bit. Beau and I also spent our last two years of high school living at the Wild Wolves clubhouse since my mom was completely unstable and in and out of depression. They were amazing and we always loved spending time with them. The old ladies of the club, especially Elaine, really helped me get out of that rebel phase, reminding me how my dreams of being a teacher were still very much important to me. So, my rebel streak ended fairly quickly, only about a couple of months into my junior year of high school.
When I graduated, I was in the top 5% of my class, and went off to college, immersing myself there. Beau and I went to the same college, but he fell into more of the fraternity life. I had throught of doing a sorority, but I was more focused on achieving my degree so I could go on to teach. After graduating college, I moved into finding teaching jobs, settling into one close to home: Big Sky High.
My mom moved on with some asshole of a guy. I'm sure I speak for not only myself, but my siblings to when I say he definitely wasn't liked by any of us. A huge problem with him on top of the fact that we didn't like him is that he was in a rival club. Our dad was in the Wild Wolves, Jake is in the Wild Wolves, and Beau is also now in the Wild Wolves. I guess that just showed that she really didn't care about us kids anyway. She's tried to call over the years and at first I would answer, but then I just stopped answering all together. I looked at the Old Ladies of the club as more of a mother figure than her in the two years they really helped Beau and I finish high school.
While I was in college though, Satori married Jake Morgan. They were high school sweethearts and I always thought they would stay together. I now have a nephew, Marlon Hank, and a niece, Sarah Syn. Beau and I are the godparents of Marlon and I know that if Beau's not spoiling him, I am. I spoil Sarah as well, but it's different knowing I'm the godmother of Marlon.
But now that I'm graduated from college and settling into my teaching and coaching jobs at the high school here in Big Sky, I am happier than I have been in a long time, probably since before my dad had died. I'm close to family and that's what's the most important thing to me. Beau's even teaching at the school so I'm even closer to my twin and sometimes I'll rope him into helping coach volleyball with me.

Logan got out of the shower and wrapped the towel around his waist after he dried his hair. He wiped the foggy mirror with his hand and quickly ran a brush through his short hair. He wasn't too worried about styling it, since he was just going to mess it up anyway after he pulled a shirt over his head.
Instead, he walked out of the bathroom and over to the little dresser where he put what little clothes he could stuff in his saddle bags, an extra pair of pants and a couple of shirts plus some socks. He pulled the towel off of him and dropped it on the floor, not even caring if Angel, who was still asleep in his bed, woke up and saw him in the buff.
